Hope Capital released an up to 75% LTV (loan to value) fast track bridging loan product aimed at property owners who have properties with a value of up to £1 million. They are willing to lend up to £750,000 on open market valuation (OMV) which includes residential, mixed –use and commercial property types, subject to underwriting, legals.
Hope Capital believes this will help usher in a new era of innovative, flexible and tailored solutions which help to fulfil the needs of different types of borrowing requirements. A direct result of this is them accepting automated valuation models (AVM) up to £750,000 and desktop valuations on residential property up to £1 million. By offering this strategy they hope to speed up the Bridging process when using this loan facility.
